I’ve been around long enough to know the benefits of design patterns, but believe it or not when I was in college a few years ago, they actually taught us to write nested code like that example. It’s absolutely awful.

Maybe the saying is true: “Those who can’t do, teach!”

That’s just… wow… the best two words I can say is ’shit code’ and pure garbage. It’s bad enough that I laughed at first glance before even bothering to read what the code is for(validation).
